D-J-Qualls

Donald Joseph Qualls (also known as DJ Qualls) is an American actor, producer, and model. After gaining fame through his work on Road Trip he has since made appearances in more than 20 feature films including The New Guy Hustle & Flow and The Core. In addition, he has appeared on over 22 TV shows such as Breaking Bad Supernatural Scrubs Lost Law & Order and others. He is a Hodgkin's cancer survivor and diagnosed with at the age of 14. Qualls is a fighter. His cancer went into remission within two years. But the treatment at such an infancy stage caused significant damage to his body as well as hindered his growth. Once he started acting financially secure, it was his goal because it was the case that he experienced poverty all through his early years. He stated "I've been living a frugal lifestyle for so many years that I'm desperate for financial security, or the world will feel out-of-control in my case." He also considers his own youth to determine the ways he can tackle bullying. DJ says that the act of cruelty breaks his heart. The ideal role for DJ is that of a true father. Although, he acknowledges that directors rarely cast me for such role. Someday he would love to be a father himself as he is in a position to dedicate less time on his work and more towards his children.
